FIREWORKS WITH THE NEIGHBORS!!

Our neighbors The Nikolaus' invited us over for fireworks on the 24th! Below is Brooks and Maggie lighting the fireworks......

The kids had a lot of fun and we also found out the The Nikolaus family is NUTS around fire! They were jumping over the fire.....waiting until the last second to throw them....I was just waiting for someone's hand to blow up!! AHHHHHH!

We had a lot of fun and our neighbors are the best!!

Tyce turned 2 years old yesterday!! August 26th....

What a cute little stinker he is! It makes me so sad that I don't get to see him very much....he is just growing up so fast! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TYCE...WE LOVE YOU!

24th of July celebration!!

24th of July..... Well I am trying to get caught up, but it isn't going very well!! I am not a patient person when it comes to blogging!!

Brooks and Kit playing pickle ball!! Of course the guys made it pretty competitive!!

We had dinner with the Lundin and Ludlow family and most of their kids!! It was so much fun and I love that we can still get together and all catch up!

WHAT WOULD I DO WITHOUT SISTERS!!!

I love my sisters so much and am so thankful that they are in my life! It was Jessica's birthday yesterday....Aug.12th she is my BABY sister! She is such an amazing wife, mother, aunt, hard worker, friend, and sister! We are 8 years apart and I just remember babysitting her ALOT when she was younger......Im surprised she doesn't hate me!! haha. I did repay her by "letting" her help me raise my kids! ha.. But age doesn't matter as you get older...she is one of my best friends and Im going to miss her so much when she moves:( I don't even want to think about not seeing her or my little Karcyn!! (yes Mike I will miss you too!) Thanks Jess for ALWAYS being there for me and for my kids......I HOPE YOU HAD A GREAT BIRTHDAY!! LOVE YA!

Randi's birthday is today...Aug.13th.......it is actually Friday the 13th today! AHHHHH!! Even though she is my little sister, I learn things from her every time Im with her and I look up to her so much! She is such a FABULOUS wife, mother, aunt, hard worker, friend, and sister!! Even though she is "GO GREEN" (haha) I admire her so much! Randi and I hit heads pretty hard when we were younger......Im pretty sure that it is normal!! But as we have gotten older she has also become one of my best friends!! I wish she lived ALOT closer so we could do fun things together and I could see her darling kids more!! I miss her so much and love to talk to her when we both get time!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY RAN.....I LOVE AND MISS YOU!!

(June 26th)

SKIM BOARDING is something that Branson has really gotten good at and he loves to do it! So our friends The McAllisters were telling us a good spot to go to and her girls really wanted to try and skim.

Branson brought along a friend, Daniel Tuitavuki and they were trying to teach everybody how to do it!!

The girls loved to just float around and build sand castles at first.......

then they all got up and tried! Chantry even tried and she was really nervous!!

Now Meah on the other hand, picked it up pretty quick! Next year Im sure she will have it down perfect!! It was hilarious because she was determined that she was going to get it!!

Mckenna burried Chantry and made her have a mermaid tail!! haha.....we were all pretty sandy when we got home!

It was a fun way to pass the time on a HOT summer day!!

BYU Soccer camp........

(July12th-15th)

I took Branson and his friend Nick to the BYU soccer camp and they had a lot of fun! I also had a good time just hanging out. I got to meet up with Randi in Provo because she was headed to St. George so we were going to miss each other......Im glad it worked out so I could see her and the kiddos!!

This is Manti Sua'......our family met him about 4 years ago! We were housing BYU rugby players and we were lucky enough to get Manti in our home!! He ended up staying with us 3 years in a row......Branson thinks he is a pretty neat guy!! It is so sweet of him to come and watch Branson play in his scrimmages!!

We took the boys to a climbing wall place and they had a great time!

Brooks called me when I was in Provo and said that Devon and Al called and wanted Branson to play in a soccer tournament that weekend in Logan!! I wasn't sure if I wanted to go, I was pretty homesick for Brooks and my girls! But it was a good opportunity for Brans so we went. His friend Connor and his mom ended up coming too. My Aunt Debbie was so nice and let us stay at her house in Brigham City! So this is the boys eating their prime rib at Maddox!!

The boys did a great job in the tournament......Branson had to get carried off at the end. This huge kid kicked his ankle pretty bad....it was already hurt from the camp. But he did make an awesome save as the kid took him out!! They ended up taking SILVER this tournament!!

Wait to go boys!! I had a great time...... unfortunately, Brooks didn't have as good of a time at home. Everything was going great until Friday night when he had to call my mom at 11:30pm to come and sit with the kids.........HE HAD KIDNEY STONES and was in the ER for a couple of hours:( I felt so bad that I wasn't here for him....but all is good now and it was good to get home!!

4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION........

We also celebrated Nana Lisa's birthday.....it was a little crazy with all the babies that were being born.....so Jess made this cute cake and we celebrated with everyone!

look at how cool the inside of this cake is.....Jess is so creative...the inside was the American flag! Justin said he was a little disappointed because there were NO STARS!! HAHA

We always have a good time swimming.....
